Purchasing and refunds

This page explains how Riffy Pro purchases are billed and how to request a refund if you change your mind.

Who processes your payment

Paddle is our payment provider and merchant of record. That means Paddle handles checkout, payment collection, tax calculation, invoicing, and related purchase administration on our behalf.

If anything about your charge looks unclear or you are not sure the purchase is yours, contact us at support@riffy.app. We are happy to help.

Refunds

If this is your first Riffy Pro purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase – no questions asked.

After 14 days, refund requests are handled case by case. For full legal details, see our Refund policy.

How to request a refund through Paddle

You can start a refund request yourself through Paddle’s buyer support site. These steps are written to be easy to follow with a screen reader or keyboard.

Before you start

Have one of the following ready:

  • the email address you used at checkout, or
  • your Paddle receipt or order reference (from the purchase confirmation email from Paddle).

Steps

  1. Open Paddle buyer support in your browser.
  2. Start the support chat or virtual assistant on that page.
  3. When asked, enter the email used for the purchase or your transaction / order details so Paddle can find your order.
  4. Choose the option to request a refund and follow the prompts.
  5. If your request is approved, Paddle will refund the original payment method. How long the money takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider (often a few business days).

If you get stuck

If Paddle cannot find your order, the chat does not work, or you are unsure what to enter, email us at support@riffy.app. Include:

  • the email used for purchase or your Riffy account,
  • your Paddle receipt or order reference, if you have it,
  • and the date of purchase.

We will help you complete the refund request.
